Mailing address
For clients who do not need to locate a registered office / company’s headquarters in our premises, we offer the possibility of setting up a mailing address, i.e. a contact point for receiving mail. The client chooses one of the additional services.
Assistance in company transfer
We offer our clients the possibility of representation when registering a transfer of registered office in the Commercial Register.

What do you get as part of the virtual office service?
Client system or scanning mail and sending to e-mail
A personal data box. This service includes mail scanning. On the day of delivery, the shipment is opened, scanned and stored in the client’s system, which is logged in through our web portal. At the same time the document scan is inserted into the client system, and an informative email is sent to the client providing information that they have a new message in the client system.
Prestigious address Prague 1
Your new virtual office is located at a prestigious address in the historical part of Prague one, only two minutes from the Old Town Square and seven minutes from the Charles Bridge.
Boardroom
We offer our clients a meeting room for business meetings or inspections by the tax office or other state administration authorities.
Mail forwarding
This service includes receiving all correspondence (or a notice card in the case of delivery to the addressee in person only) and once a week forwarding of the received mail to the address chosen by the client. The remuneration for this service is set on a flat-rate basis; in addition to this flat-rate remuneration, the actual costs of postage are invoiced once every 6 months.
E-mail/SMS info
This service includes receiving all correspondence and immediate sending of information about the shipment by e-mail or SMS message on the day of the shipment delivery. The client is thus immediately informed that he has received mail at the registered office.
