What Type of Personal Data Do We Collect?

We only collect personal data for the purpose of communicating with website users or fulfilling the offered service or sale of goods based on the fulfillment of a concluded contract. This includes name, surname, delivery address, billing address, e-mail, and payment details depending on the type of payment.
 

For What Purpose Do We Process Personal Data?

The processing of personal data is necessary for the realization of communication with website users or fulfillment of the contract arising from ordering the offered services, for the following purposes:

  • Information about product news.

  • Provision of the service.

  • Informing about the order status.

  • Delivery of ordered goods.

  • Handling of a potential complaint.

We need your e-mail address to be able to inform you about discounts and special promotions, competitions, and other interesting news. You must give your informed consent for this extended marketing communication. Consent is given by filling out the registration form for these e-mails, or by confirming the e-mail that was sent to you based on ordering a service/product.

What Security Procedures Do We Use Regarding the Storage of Personal Data?

The Provider has adopted and maintains such technical and organizational measures so that unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, its alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers, its other unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse of personal data cannot occur.

General Provisions

  1. The customer voluntarily provides their personal data and agrees to its provision to third parties under the conditions set out below.

  2. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.

  3. If a website user believes that the controller or processor is processing their personal data in a manner contrary to the protection of private and personal life, or contrary to the law, in particular if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of its processing, they may: - ask the seller or processor, at their e-mail address or in writing, for an explanation, - request the controller or processor, by request to their e-mail address or in writing, to remedy the resulting situation

  4. If a website user requests information regarding the processing of their personal data, the seller is obliged to provide this information to their e-mail address or in writing by post. The controller has the right to request reasonable compensation for providing information under the preceding sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary for providing the information, in the case of a repeated request.

  5. Customers' personal data is secured against misuse. The handling of customers' personal data is governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 110/2019 Coll., the Act on the Processing of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended.

  6. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR").
